Who We Are
The Portland Chapter of The Links, Incorporated is a group of civic-minded, professional women committed to service through friendship in the Portland and Southwest Washington areas since 1957.

Services to Youth
The Links, Incorporated’s Services to Youth facet is an integrated approach to preparing young people to succeed in the 21st century workforce.
The Arts
The mission of this Facet is to develop a means to appreciate, encourage, support and expand the opportunities of African Americans in the performing arts, visual arts, and literary expression.
National Trends and Services
The goal of this Facet is to focus on eliminating disparities to reduce barriers to services through leadership, education, and service.
International Trends and Services
The Links, Incorporated has a mission through the Signature Program, “Education Across the Miles” to expand the global platform for programs designed and developed to service the educational, health, and cultural needs of people of African descent throughout the world.
Health and Human Services
The mission of the Health and Human Services Facet is to promote and facilitate programs that support the maintenance of good health and the elimination of chronic health disparities in communities of color through education, health advocacy, and optimal utilization of health resources.
