Kidney Awareness Resources and Education
The Portland (OR) Chapter met to support The Links, Incorporated’s new initiative, Black K.A.R.E. (Kidney, Awareness, Resources and Education). Funded by a generous contribution from our partner, Baxter Healthcare Corporation, this initiative focuses on increasing awareness of chronic kidney disease (CKD) in Black communities by mobilizing, collaborating, and engaging with key stakeholders to design and implement community-based programs.
